We have specialized in engineering and manufacturing mechanical flow meters, monitors, replacement parts and accessories since 1975. During that time, we have gained extensive specialized manufacturing expertise and an understanding of the particular needs of our customers in different industries.
In 1998, we became part of the Primary Flow Signal, Inc. (PFS) family of companies. PFS is a leading designer and fabricator of high-accuracy, high-reliability differential producing flow meters and secondary instrumentation for municipal, industrial and oil and gas applications worldwide. This affiliation brings us extra financial strength and technical depth to better serve our clients.
Our products are used in a wide variety of commercial applications, including oil and gas, agriculture and chemical throughout the U.S., Canada and overseas.
Quality and cost control
While many competitors have sent their manufacturing – and in some cases engineering – offshore, we continue to design and fabricate flow meters in our own plant in the U.S. There are no middlemen, no third-party contractors. This gives us superior quality control and substantial cost savings to pass on to our customers.
Quick shipment
Most customers prefer not to tie up large amounts of capital in inventory. Therefore, unlike many of our competitors, we maintain an enormous stock of our products, ready for immediate shipment. Whether your requirements are large or small, we can usually ship within 24 hours.
Continuous product improvement
To provide the most advanced, most cost-effective flow meters, electronic monitors, accessories and replacement parts for our customers, we recently established a separate, fully staffed facility, Turbines R&D, LLC, to continually improve our existing products and develop new ones.
Superior materials
Quality is our top priority. The raw material for our turbine bodies, for example, is strictly first quality stainless steel, rather than the cast substitutes used by some competitors. We have found – confirmed by our large and growing customer base – that using only top quality materials results in meters that last longer, provide better performance in harsh service and retain calibration when lesser equipment fails.
