All turbine flow meters require regular maintenance and calibration, quarterly, semiannually or annually based upon protocol established by owner or authority. Usually, the rotors, bearings and shafts experience normal wear resulting in deviation from established k-factor thus causing impairment of accuracy and/or repeatability. Usually at the time of periodic proving, a complete replacement of the internals is recommended. Our retrofit kits include new rotor, bearings, shaft, rotor supports and retaining rings and fit most competitor models as well.

These are provided in HDPE for simplifying the installation of wafer style turbine flow meters by effectively centering the meters in the process piping.
