At Turbines, Inc., we strive to process and fulfill orders efficiently and promptly. If you need to cancel an order placed through our website, please contact us within 24 hours or before shipment, whichever comes first.
Orders in Process
- Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may not be possible. Turbines, Inc. will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, cancellation of in-process orders is at the sole discretion of Turbines, Inc.
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially configured products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Shipped Orders
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return under the terms of our Return Policy.
- Only items purchased directly from Turbines, Inc. within the last 30 days and in new, unused, and resalable condition are eligible for return. Determination of product condition is at the discretion of Turbines, Inc.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed and agreed upon at the time of return authorization.
