If you prefer not to order online, you can place an order by phone or email.
- Phone Orders: Call 1-800-809-1387 (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada) or 1-864-882-4544. Our knowledgeable team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET to assist you with your order.
- Email Orders: Send your order to sales@turbinesincorporated.com or your designated sales representative.
- Online Orders: All orders placed on our website through our online-purchasing platform (e-commerce) will collect payment in full at time of processing. Please thoroughly review that all details of the online purchase are correct as we cannot correct delivery address once the merchandise has left our warehouse.

Order Acceptance
- Submitting an order online constitutes an offer to purchase. Turbines, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Orders are not binding until confirmed by Turbines, Inc. through an order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation.
Product Availability & Substitutions
- All orders are subject to product availability. In the event an item is out of stock or unavailable, Turbines, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order or offer a comparable substitution with customer approval.
Pricing & Errors
- Despite our best efforts, errors in pricing or product information may occur. Turbines, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect information, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Authorization
- By submitting an order online, you authorize Turbines, Inc. to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Once an order is submitted online, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours or prior to shipment, whichever comes first. After this period, Turbines, Inc. cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated. Custom or made-to-order products may not be changed or canceled once production has begun. Canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees
