Payment Policy

Policy Regarding Payments Online & Offline

Turbines, Inc. accepts all major credit cards. Cards must be issued by a U.S. or Canadian bank and have a U.S. or Canadian billing address.
We also accept wire transfers and ACH payments. A $45 processing fee applies to all wire transfers. Customers are responsible for any additional bank or intermediary fees.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).

All orders must be prepaid in full unless credit terms have been approved in writing by Turbines, Inc.
For wire transfers and ACH payments, orders will not ship until funds have cleared.
If credit terms are extended, payment is due within the stated terms on the invoice. Past-due balances may result in order holds and/or suspension of terms.

By submitting an order, you authorize Turbines, Inc. to charge the provided payment method for the full amount, including product, shipping, fees, and applicable taxes.
Turbines, Inc. uses secure payment processing systems. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.

At the time of checkout, Turbines, Inc. will authorize your credit card for the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
Your card will not be charged until the order has shipped.

Turbines, Inc. reserves the right to verify payment details. Orders may be canceled or delayed if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is suspected.

If an item is on backorder, your credit card will be authorized at the time of purchase but not charged until the product is available to ship.
Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change. Customers will be notified of significant delays and may cancel prior to shipment without penalty.

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute remain responsible for the original order amount if the dispute is denied or reversed in favor of Turbines, Inc. Customers are also responsible for any related bank or processing fees. Turbines, Inc. reserves the right to suspend future orders or terminate accounts with repeated or unresolved disputes.
Orders placed with stolen or unauthorized credit cards will be canceled, and fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and appropriate authorities.

The billing name, address, and payment details provided at checkout must match those on file with the card-issuing bank. Failure to provide accurate information may result in order cancellation.
