The TMSA 3A Sanitary flow meters are specifically designed for industries where strict regulations require equipment to be easily cleaned, maintained, and fully compliant with sanitary standards, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other high-purity process applications. Engineered to meet 3A sanitary requirements, the TMSA meter supports Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) procedures, allowing thorough system cleaning and sterilization without disassembly. Its polished internal surfaces and sanitary connections promote complete drainage, minimize product buildup, and reduce contamination risk during routine washdown and steam sterilization cycles.
The TMSA 3A Sanitary Meter delivers ±0.5% standard linearity in sizes from 1/2” to 3”, covering flow ranges from 1.25 to 650 GPM. Each meter’s K-factor is individually documented by Turbines, Inc. using NIST-traceable calibration performed at our factory or by an independent laboratory, ensuring accurate, repeatable measurement in regulated processing environments where validation and documentation are critical.
