Policy Regarding Merchandise Returns

At Turbines, Inc., we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. All returns are subject to review and require prior authorization.

Eligible Returns

  • Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for credit, refund, or exchange.
  • Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition as determined by Turbines, Inc.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or specially configured products are not eligible for return.
  • Returns received without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Authorization Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form here: RMA form.
  • Once an RMA is approved, Turbines, Inc. will provide shipping instructions and the correct return address. Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and administrative costs. The amount of any applicable fee will be determined by Turbines, Inc. at the time of return authorization.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error by Turbines, Inc.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Turbines, Inc. shipped the incorrect item.
  • Turbines, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.
