Order Acceptance

  • Orders are typically processed promptly and shipped as soon as possible based on product availability and order volume.
  • Turbines, Inc. will provide an estimated ship date at the time of order acknowledgment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request and subject to product availability.
  • Additional charges apply for expedited services. Please contact Turbines, Inc. to arrange expedited delivery if available.

Shipping Methods

  • Turbines, Inc. partners with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Available methods include, but are not limited to, standard ground, 2-day, and overnight delivery.

Use of Customer Shipping Accounts

  • Customers have the option to ship using their own shipping accounts.
  • Please provide the preferred carrier and account information at the time of order placement.
  • For phone and email orders only: Customers may request to ship using their own carrier account.
  • Carrier details and account information must be provided at the time of order placement.
  • For online orders: All shipments are billed through Turbines, Inc. using our standard carriers. Customer-provided shipping accounts are not accepted for online orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Any shipping estimate provided at the time of order acknowledgment is for reference only.
  • Final shipping costs will be confirmed prior to shipment and added to the customer’s invoice.

International Shipping

  • For phone and email orders only: All international shipping must be arranged by the customer using their own carrier account. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • For online orders: International shipping is not available. Orders may only be shipped to U.S. or Canadian addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided upon request once an order has shipped.
  • Customers may track shipments directly through the carrier’s website if applicable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.
  • Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt. Visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Concealed damage or loss must be reported to Turbines, Inc. within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Turbines, Inc. will assist with filing claims with the carrier, but resolution of claims is subject to the carrier’s investigation and determination.
