Frequently Asked Questions

Low flow rate meters are specialized flow meters designed to accurately measure very low flow rates, typically for applications where flow volumes are minimal.

Low flow rate meters are commonly used in industries requiring precise flow measurements at small scales, such as pharmaceuticals, chemical dosing, water treatment, laboratory research, and fuel or gas measurements.

Low flow meters can typically measure most liquids; however, the fluid’s viscosity, density, and particle content should match the specifications of the meter to maintain measurement accuracy and avoid wear.

Choosing the right low flow meter involves considering fluid type, flow rate range, required accuracy, pressure and temperature limits, and compatibility with your application’s environment.
